Panzer Arms M4 Tactical Shotgun GIVEAWAY

All firearms must be shipped to your local FFL dealer. Your FFL dealers license must be on file with Atlantic Firearms before we can process the shipment. All firearms giveaway winners must legally able to purchase and own the firearm. Winner must meet the legal requirements of their FFL dealers transfer and background check. Firearms must be legal in your state. All transfer fees and taxes charged by the winners FFL dealer and state will be the winners sole responsibility.

Employees of Atlantic Firearms, its affiliates, and their family members are not eligible to enter.

Firearm will be shot and test fired by Atlantic Firearms for promotional videos during the contest duration.

Atlantic Firearms holds the rights to use any entries (photographs, videos, posts, etc.) for any advertising or promotional use in the future. Your Email or Contact info will not be sold or shared with any other firms.

Should the winner fail to submit the required documents and releases within the time allotted, be unable to accept transfer for any reason (as solely determined by the designated authorized FFL dealer), or be otherwise ineligible or applicable laws or regulations, an alternative winner may be selected by random drawing from remaining eligible entries. No cash or other prize substitution permitted. The giveaway firearm is nontransferable if you are not eligible for any reason to accept the firearm. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation to federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Each Client is only eligible to win once. Once a winner has been drawn, their name will be removed from eligibility for any subsequent drawings.

Prize Notifications: Winner will be notified via email following the random selection announced on our website and social media platforms when the contest is concluded.

Collection of Personal Information: Entrant’s acceptance of these Official Rules and entry in this giveaway constitutes agreement to allow Atlantic Firearms the use of their personal information for both online and offline direct marketing purposes. By participating in this giveaway, you will opt-in to receive e-mail or other communications from Atlantic Firearms and its affiliated partners. You may subsequently opt-out of the receipt of such email or communications by following the directions in the email or contacting those sites.
